APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The deliveries, services and offers of the Ginger Atelier Shop, (hereinafter referred to as "Ginger Atelier"), are exclusively based on these terms and conditions, even if they are not expressly agreed again. With the order of the goods or services, these terms and conditions are considered as accepted. General terms and conditions of purchase of the buyer are hereby contradicted. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only effective if they are confirmed by us in writing.
Methods of payment
The following payment methods are available:

Shipping
Dispatch in Switzerland and abroad is carried out by Swiss Post. The shipping costs abroad can be seen on the Swiss Post website and are based on the weight of the parcel. Deliveries abroad may also be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees that are not included in the total price displayed in the online shop.
As a guideline, a delivery time of 5-8 working days for deliveries within Switzerland and 10-14 working days for deliveries abroad for goods from stock, whereby no specific delivery times can be guaranteed. If a product is not in stock, a delivery period of maximum 30 working days applies. We reserve the right to make advance orders for selected product offers.
Each delivery is accompanied by a delivery note.
Delivery and performance time
Usually "Ginger Atelier" delivers within 5-8 working days. The published delivery times are guidelines. We strive to ship the goods within the shortest possible time. Dates and delivery times are not binding, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. The specification of certain delivery periods and delivery dates by Ginger Atelier is subject to the reservation of faultless and timely delivery by suppliers and manufacturers.
In no case do delays in delivery justify claims for damages or a right to withdraw from the contract. The shipping costs include possible forwarding charges for deliveries within Switzerland. If nothing to the contrary is stated on the order, "Ginger Atelier" reserves the right to choose between complete or partial deliveries.
Payment system / Dunning system
The payment is made by purchase on account, advance payment. If the payment is not received on our account within 10 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Prices
The prices stated in our order confirmation are decisive. These are fixed for stock goods at the time of the online order. In the event of delivery bottlenecks or errands, the daily price on the day of ordering shall apply. Unless otherwise agreed, the prices are in Swiss francs and include the statutory value added tax of 8.0 %, plus transport costs.

Ginger Atelier can change these terms and conditions and the corresponding price list at any time.
Applicable law / legal venue
The contractual relationship is exclusively subject to Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
